Privacy policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email), workspace content you upload or create (documents, website sources, conversations, leads, projects), usage and billing records, and technical logs (IP address, browser) for security.

How we use it

To provide the service, secure accounts, meter usage and bill, and respond to support requests. Content you submit to AI features is sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response.

Retention and deletion

Workspace owners can set a retention period, delete individual records, and delete their account. Deleted data is removed from the primary database; backups expire on their normal schedule [state period].
